Alicia Proctor is a Senior Executive, Visual Experience and Store Design leader who creates best in class visual storytelling for iconic/ luxury brands. She has led the visual strategy for Lancôme, Dior, Estee Lauder Companies Global Designer Fragrance division and Clinique NA. Her expertise includes designing innovative environments capturing the brand vision and elevating the consumer journey.
Alicia is a strategic visionary with an emphasis on in-store execution. Her innovative visual concepts elevate brands in-store and drive consumer engagement and profitability no matter the size of her budget.
She volunteers, and mentors’ young women and served on Estée Lauder BCA Fundraising Board, TWYLS/The Young Women’s Leadership School, East Harlem, The Women’s Leadership Network Estée Lauder, The Estée Lauder Creative Visionary Mentorship Pillar and currently a member of the Retail Design Institute Board.
Alicia grew up in Southern California and Ketchum, Idaho where she was a competitive figure skater. She studied at Parsons in Paris and the American University and speaks French fluently. Alicia earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Chapman University in French and Design.
She loves to travel, explore Paris, stand-up paddle boarding, skiing, swimming, and yoga. Alicia lives in the town of Rye, New York with her husband, Adam, son, Aidan and Samoyed, Aolani.
